28 October 2014. Accessible London SPG introduced.
27-31 October. October 2014. IPCC The Synthesis Report will be considered in Copenhagen, Denmark.
24 October 2014. Deadline for submitting expressions of interest for development benefits scheme pilot.
24 October 2014. Consultation ends on Flood and Water Management Act.
3 October 2014. Housing zones expressions of interest deadline.
26 September 2014. Technical consultation on planning closed.
22 September 2014. Consultation for construction industry scheme closed.
12 September 2014. Draft housing standards published.
September 2014. Publication of PAS 182 for smart cities.
11 July 2014. Accessible London consultation ended.
15 May 2014. EIA directive amendments came into force.
6 April 2014. Changes to part L of the building regulations.
6 April 2014. Changes to rules on mixed partnerships.
April 2014. Changes to rules on permitted development.
31 March 2014. PAS 1192-3 came into force, ‘Specification for information management for the operational phase of construction projects using building information modelling’.
March 2014. NRM3 published.
January 2014. New EU procurement rules published. Member states have 24 months to implement the provisions of the new rules into national law. (March 2016, or September 2018 for e-tendering).
